Lowara FHE/FHS Series

Lowara FH Series centrifugal pumps, which includes the FHE and FHS versions, are manufactured in compliance with EN 733 – DIN 24255 BS standards. They consist of a cast iron pump body and an AISI 316L stainless steel impeller welded by laser technology. Bronze impellers are available on request. These will normally fit models that come with a cast iron impeller. There are three different types of motor-pump coupling available:

  • • The FHE models that are close coupled by means of an adaptor bracket and with an impeller that is keyed directly into the motor shaft extension
  • • The FHS models that have a bracket, adaptor and rigid coupling that is keyed into the standard motor shaft extension
  • • The FHF models that have a racket, support, flexible coupling and an aligning and anchoring base
  • • There is also a bare shaft pump and a version with spacer coupling that is available on request

Specifications

  • • Liquid delivery of up to 480 cubic metres per hour in a 2-pole model and 750 m3 per hour in a 4-pole model
  • • A maximum head of 100 metres in a 2-pole model and 80 metres in a 4-pole model
  • • The temperature range of the pumped liquid should be between -20 degrees C to +85 degrees C for the FH 32, 40, 50, 65 and 80 standard versions.
  • • A temperature range of between -30 degrees C to +120 degrees C for the FDH 100, 125 and 150 standard version
  • • A temperature range of between -40 degrees C to +140 degrees C is available on request for the FH 100, 125 and 150 models
  • • A maximum operating pressure of 12 bar up to temperatures of +120 degrees C and 10 bar for temperatures ranging between +120 and +140 degrees C
